DPX 2026 Call for Presentations

We are now accepting abstracts for Data Center POWER eXchange 2026.

Submission Deadline: Friday, February 20, 2026

We welcome you to submit your industry case study to be presented during Data Center POWER eXchange, September 30 – October, 1 2026 in Washington, D.C. Our Advisory Board will review abstracts that relate to industry best practices or lessons learned to create the best content for the event.


What are we looking for?

The DPX agenda is editorially curated by the POWER team based on the current direction of industry conversations and market realities. With one unified stage, the program is intentionally focused, and submissions should align with the topic areas outlined below. That said, we welcome fresh perspectives and innovative approaches within these themes—especially those grounded in real-world experience, emerging challenges, or practical solutions.

  • Natural Gas-Grid Infrastructure, Interconnection & Reliability
    • Queues, upgrades, co-location, BTM, transmission, resilience
  • Large Load Growth & System Planning 
    • Data centers, forecasting gaps, utility readiness, lifecycle planning
  • Dispatchable & Firm Generation 
    • Gas, nuclear, advanced nuclear, flexibility, cycling
  • Onsite Power, DERs & Hybrid Solutions 
    • Microgrids, onsite generation, storage, grid-interactive solutions

  • Policy, Permitting & Cost Allocation 
    • FERC/state alignment, siting, ratepayer impacts, community issues

    • Delivery risk, skilled labor, operational excellence

    • Offtake structures, readiness agreements, cost allocation, deal frameworks

    • Load flexibility, UPS/generator dispatch, blackstart, telemetry, emergency protocols

Submission Deadline: Friday, February 20, 2026

What puts your abstract in a favorable light?

  • Submissions from operating companies and/or regulatory agencies sharing new information
  • Submitting case studies that culminate with actionable recommendations
  • Being focused and concise on what will be covered in your presentation
  • Providing practical, tactical, and timely information

What will likely get your abstract rejected?

  • Submissions that are commercial in nature and/or product specific
  • Unfocused abstracts that do not concisely detail what the presentation will be about
  • Submissions clearly outside the scope of the conference
  • Abstracts involving theoretical and unproven technology

NOTE: Accepted speakers receive complimentary registration to the conference. Only one complimentary registration per submission. Speakers can be nominated by 3rd parties. However, if accepted all speaker communication will be conducted directly with the speaker and not through the 3rd party.
